So this morning I thought I would give making omelets a try for our Sunday breakfast.... Yeah, it didn't happen.... When I went to flip the egg in half... the egg was stuck to the pan :( I used a non stick pan and even sprayed the heck out of it with olive oil.... no such luck... I think I may have had the tempature up too high...
We still had eggs for breakfast, just scrambled with peppers, onions, garlic, Mexican cheese and bacon.... Oh well.... next time!
