Since the hubby and I moved Mohan's has been our place to grab a bite to eat when I don't feel like cooking.
Recently we went to dinner with my mom... Matt and I both ordered a New Albion Ale. New Albion was recently resurrected under the supervision Boston Brewing Company and the founder from when it went defunct in the 70's. It was pretty smooth and not very hoppy... I thought it was pretty good....
We started off with the Spinach Artichoke Dip.... The dip was good but......
As you can see it was watery.... Which was a little disappointing, even more so when you got towards the end.... :(
My mom got their soup of the day, as part of her dinner..... I can't remember what it was... maybe beef vegetable?? She really enjoyed it.... Their soup has always been good every time I've had it...
I got a side salad with ranch dressing..... It's been awhile since I've had ranch and was really craving it! :oP
My mom and I finally gave in and got the chicken dinner.... We were at the "Home of Universal Fried Chicken and Ribs" so we needed to give it a try! It included 4 pieces of their famous chicken which is breaded and pressure fried. As my other side I got a baked potato... By the time I had the spinach artichoke dip, salad, baked potato and the 2 small pieces of chicken... I was stuffed! The chicken was awesome! Very juicy and lots of flavor. This meal is fit for a king!.... or queen ;)
The hubby ordered the Buffalo Burger with Bacon... Which was gigantic! He gave his seal of approval :)
As I mentioned before Mohan's is our new go to spot... It's a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat... They even have a 6 pack shop with a bunch of craft beers and also have a decent amount on tap. Two Thumbs Up from me! :)
